Ingredients
1/2 Cup Curd
2 Tbsp Garlic-Ginger Paste
2 Tomatoes Puree
1 Lemon Juice
Sesame Seeds
Poppy Seeds
Cashews
1/2 Cup Fried Onion
4 Green Cardamom
1 Pcs Mace
1 Star Anise
1 pc Nutmeg
8 – 10 Dry Red Chilli
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
15 – 20 Black Pepper
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
800gm Chicken
1 Cup oil
2 – 3 Bay Leaves
1 piece Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
4 Clove
2 Sliced Onion
4 – 5 Green Chillies
1 pinch Saffron
Boil 500gm Rice 60% with below ingredients
2 Potatoes
Oil
Salt
1/2 Lemon Juice
Cinnamon
Clove
Star Anise
Black Cardamom

1 Tsp Kewra Water
