Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken, 1 chicken breast, 250 grams of onion, 1.5 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 medium-sized tomato, 1 teaspoon of Kasoori Methi (dry fenugreek leaves), 1 pinch of asafoetida(Heeng), 2 bay leaves, 2 black cardamoms, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 4 whole red chilies, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, oil to fry and cook the chicken. Coriander leaves to garnish.
