How To cook mughlai chicken masala:
উপকরণ :
দুধের সর – প্রায় ১/২ কাপের মতো
দুধ(তরল) – ১/২ কাপ
চিনি – ১ টেবিল চামচ
পেঁয়াজ বাটা – ১/৪ কাপ
আদাবাটা – ২ টেবিল চামচ
রসুনবাটা – ১ টেবিল চামচ
ধনে গুঁড়া – ১ টেবিল চামচ
জিরা গুঁড়া – ১ টেবিল চামচ
গরম মশলা গুঁড়া-১ টেবিল চামচ
মরিচ গুঁড়ো – ১ টেবিল চামচ
হলুদগুঁড়ো – ১ চা চামচ
টমেটো বাটা – ২ টেবিল চামচ
ঘি – ১/২ চা চামচ+১ টেবিল চামচ
সরিষা তেল – ১/৩ কাপ+ ১/৪ কাপ
লবন – ১ টেবিল চামচ বা স্বাদমতো
মুরগির মাংস – ১ কেজি থেকে ১২০০ গ্রাম, (মাঝারি টুকরো করে কাটা)
তেজপাতা-১ টা
কালো এলাচ-২ টা
দারুচিনি -২ টুকরা
সাদা এলাচ-৩/৪ টা
লং- ৩/৪ টা
পেঁয়াজ কুচি – ১ কাপ
কিশমিশ – ১ টেবিল চামচ
কাঁচামরিচ – ৪ টি
কেওড়া জল – ১ চা চামচ
