Thattukada Style Chicken Fry♥️
Process of making: Add some turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, vinegar, rice flour, curd, salt and fennel seeds powder into a bowl. Mix it well with a very little water. Now add the chicken pieces into the marinate and coat it nicely in the masala mix.
Refrigerate it for a night or keep it aside for 3-4 hours before frying them in coconut oil.
When the oil is hot and in high temperature, add the chicken pieces one by one and turn it to the medium flame. Cook each side for 5 minutes and the fry is ready.
