The prettiest dessert which I love to make. Moreover the easiest dessert I must say that. Those lazy sweet cravers must try this ice cream cake for sure. Actually I couldn’t control myself until I taste one slice of this yummy dessert. I have been making this for years for my guests. I really don’t make homemade ice cream and usually go for store bought only. This irresistibly delicious ice cream cake is made with just 3 ingredients. Swiss rolls or roll cakes, mango ice cream and strawberry ice cream. My favorite ice cream flavors. you can use your favorite ice cream flavors too. Like do Americana Swiss rolls are my favorite but I didn’t get the same and so gone for another Swiss roll. Here for this recipe I prefer using chocolate Swiss rolls which makes this dessert stunning appearance. So do try this Swiss swirl ice cream cake and do let me know your feedback .
